Let's Encrypt failure notifications arrive for a domain that is actually hosted on a different server.

Resolution

Go to Subscription > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates > Advanced Settings

Select the unused certificate. Certificates which are in use have a number greater than 0 in the Used column.

Click the Remove button
