Email with text "Watchdog was stopped" is received weekly from Plesk server

Symptoms

• Email with the following text is received weekly from Plesk server:

  CONFIG_TEXT: Watchdog was stopped.
  Security scans number: 1.
  Events:
  Security scanning report is in the file /usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/report/security_<date>.

• In Extensions > My Extensions > Watchdog > Preferences > Send reports value is set to weekly.

Cause

These notifications aren't caused by any issue. Watchdog is configured to send email reports about its status.

Resolution

To disable such notifications:

1. Log into Plesk.
2. Go to Extensions > My Extensions > Watchdog > Preferences.
3. Change Send reports value to disabled.
