Transfer DNS button is missing in Plesk

Symptoms

• After installing the Transfer of DNS records extension on Plesk, the Transfer DNS button is missing on Domains > example.com > DNS Settings for subscriptions that are owned by customers or resellers.
• The absence/presence of the button has no pattern and appears randomly, the button can appear when refreshing the DNS Settings page.

Cause

A product defect EXTPLESK-3195 which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.

Resolution

Until a fix becomes available, consider using the Transfer of DNS records extension via CLI by following instructions from this guide: https://www.plesk.com/extensions/dns-transfer
