AWStats page does not display images on Plesk server: server responded with a status of 403

Symptoms

• AWStats page does not display images with the following error in domain's error log:

  CONFIG_TEXT: [ACL] Access to context [/awstats-icon/] is denied!

• Browser DevTools (F12) shows below error at Console tab:

  CONFIG_TEXT: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Cause

LiteSpeed web-server blocks images content.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk.
2. Press Switch to Apache at Extensions > My Extensions > LiteSpeed Extension page.

Note: in case it is required to use LiteSpeed on the server, contact the LiteSpeed extension support.
