Symptoms
- A Joomla! instance installed via the APS Catalog does not appear under Subscriptions > example.com > Dashboard > Applications:
Cause
Version 3.0.9 or later of the Joomla! Toolkit extension is installed on the server. During installation, Joomla! Toolkit imports information about existing Joomla! instances that were installed via the APS Catalog. By design, each application should be managed by a single tool to prevent race conditions.
The APS Catalog has been deprecated and is scheduled for removal in April 2026. Joomla! Toolkit is now the recommended and more feature-rich solution for managing your existing Joomla! instances.

Management of Joomla! instances is available under Subscriptions > example.com > Dashboard > Joomla!:
If you have manually installed Joomla! instances, you can add them to the Toolkit by navigating to Subscriptions > example.com > Dashboard > Joomla! > Find Joomla! Websites:
