Symptoms

When issuing a new Certificate Request Signing to generate a SSL certificate externally, the fields Country, City, Organization and other fields are not filled, leaving blank spaces:
This issue is verified on AlmaLinux 9 and AlmaLinux 10 only.

Cause

This behavior has been identified as Plesk bug with ID: PPPM-15237. The issue is affecting servers running on AlmaLinux 9 and AlmaLinux 10.

Resolution

This issue will be resolved via hotfix in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.75.
