Symptoms
The Plesk preview feature fails intermittently, showing a broken image instead of a thumbnail of the site, as if the website was unreachable.
Cause
There is an ongoing issue with the Plesk screenshot service.
Resolution
The issue is currently under investigation, and no action is required at this time. Once the matter has been resolved, screenshots will be displayed again. Please subscribe to this article for updates on this matter.
Update: A patch has been applied and the issue is now resolved.

As of January 7, 2025 - This problem is still existing. My site is not broken and comes up fine in browser. The thumbnail service is not bringing in the thumbnail image into the subscription.
Jeff Spong We have a new instance of this problem and are working on solving it.
