I Forgot my Plesk User Account Password, what to do next?
Answer
As a Plesk user, you can always restore the password to your Plesk account if you forgot it. Here’s how to do it:
- On the Plesk login page, click the Forgot your password? link:
- In the Reset password window, specify your email address or username:
- Click Send.

You will receive an email for resetting your password. Follow the steps described in the email to restore your access to Plesk.
Note: If you don’t receive an email, contact your Plesk administrator.
