Unable to import website using Site Import extension in Plesk: 451 - Transfer aborted 451

Symptoms

• Unable to import website into Plesk with Site Import extension

• The following error show up in Plesk:

  PLESK_ERROR: FailedScanning for contentFailed to upload file content into '/example.com/wwwroot/plesk-migrator-agent-/index.php' via FTP: 451 - Transfer aborted 451 0.034 seconds (measured here). 477.10 Kbytes per second

• The following error show up in /usr/local/psa/var/modules/site-import/sessions/site-migration-NN/debug.log:

• It is possible to connect via FileZilla, WinSCP and CLI

Cause

Plesk tries to switch FTP server to UTF-8 but Pure-FTP server reject the command and the connection is aborted.

Resolution

Contact source server FTP administrator and ask to enable UTF8 Support
