The IonCube loader is not available for installation in Plesk GUI

Symptoms

  • The IonCube loader PHP extension is not shown for installation in Plesk > Tools & Settings > PHP Settings > ExamplePHPVersion  > Manage PECL Packages

Cause

Product issue:

  • #PPPM-14640 "Fixed the issue where it was not possible to install IonCube PHP Loader via the Plesk graphical interface."
    Fixed in:

Resolution

The issue was fixed in Plesk of 18.0.65 version.

Update Plesk to the latest version by applying the steps from the next KB article:
