Symptoms
- An attempt to install or update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.59 is performed on a Linux-based operating system
- The Plesk installer output shows errors that are similar to the following:
RHEL-based systems:

Cause
On 21 Feb 2024, issues with the official Plesk CDN were preventing the files tied to the new Plesk version (18.0.59) from being served properly.
Resolution
The general issue with the Plesk CDN was resolved on the day during which it occurred, however due to the specifics of CDN functionality, some Plesk servers may still remain unable to fetch the correct files from the Plesk CDN for up to 48 hours after the issue was resolved.
If you are still unable your Plesk server to 18.0.59 a week after the CDN issues were first encountered, you should try executing the following workaround:
1. Log into your server via SSH as the root user
2. Start the Plesk installer CLI interface with manual version selection by executing the following command:
# plesk installer --all-versions
3. Follow the instructions and select version 18.0.59 manually
4. Start the installation or update
