Error when trying to update the license: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 19 UNIQUE constraint failed

Symptoms

  • Plesk Obsidian running on a Linux-based operating system
  • The following error is recorded in /var/log/panel.log whenever Tools & Settings > License Information > Retrieve keys is pressed in the Plesk GUI:

    CONFIG_TEXT: Result of interface implementation call: failure: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 19 UNIQUE constraint failed: Licenses.id, query was: INSERT INTO "Licenses" ("id", "description", "vendor", "nextUpdate") VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?)

Cause

The issue is a known bug with ID #EXTPLESK-4926 for the Support SSH Access extension and will be fixed in a future version of the extension. You may look for status updates in relation to this bug in the Plesk change log.

Resolution

The error message itself has no actual impact on the extension or Plesk itself and can be safely ignored.
