Alternatively, the email may contain an error that is similar to the following:

- Running the script manually throws the same output:
# /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update
ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: failed to download files!
Cause
Temporary issues on the side of Dr.Web servers is preventing the update files from being fetched.
Resolution
This message can generally be ignored for a short period of time (until the issues on the end of the Dr.Web update servers are resolved), because the update attempt will run once again on each next day automatically.
Should the same message be received for more than 7 days, you should contact Plesk Technical Support, so that the case with lack of access to the update servers of Dr.Web can be investigated further.
