Option for managing Mail for Non-Existent Users is missing in Plesk

Symptoms

• The following buttons/options are missing in Plesk:

  • Subscriptions > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings > Mail for Non-Existent Users

  • Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings > What to do with mail for non-existent users

• The option Policy on mail for non-existent users is shown in the menu Service Plans > plan_name > Mail, but it can not be customized.

Cause

The option Hide bounce controls is enabled in the menu Tools & Settings > Interface Management.

Resolution

1. Log in to Plesk.

2. Go to Tools & Settings > Interface Management.

3. Disable the option Hide bounce controls and click Save to apply the changes.
