How to activate license for Plesk extension

Question

• I have purchased additional license for extension, but it's not working
• How to install extension license
• How to activate the extension license
• I see error: This paid extension is not licensed. Some or all functions and features of the extension may not be available. Purchase a license to unlock all functions and features of this extension.

Answer

After additional key is purchased for any of Plesk extensions, it is required to do the following:

• Login to Plesk
• Go to Tools and Settings > License Information (previously 'License management')
• Click Retrieve keys

If you have extension activation code, you can activate it the following way:

• Login to Plesk
• Go to Tools and Settings > License Information (previously 'License management') > Additional Keys
• Install New Key
• Enter activation code for extension (can be found in Plesk 360)
