Tools and settings > Branding page in Plesk shows error 500: ChunkLoadError

Symptoms

• Opening Plesk > Tools & Settings > Branding page results in an error that is similar to the following:

Cause

AdBlock or similar extension that is used to block ads is installed and used in your local browser and its functionality prevents the page from being displayed properly.

Resolution

The options to resolve such an issues are the following:

• Add the entire Plesk GUI URL as an exception in the extension settings
• Disable the browser extension that causes this issue
• Use another browser extension that has similar functionality and does not cause the issue
• Use another browser that uses similar extensions that do not cause such an issue
