Cause

Resolution

Repair the disk permissions using Plesk Reconfigurator:

  1. Connect to the Plesk server via RDP.

  2. Start Plesk Reconfigurator at Windows Start > All Programs > Plesk.

  3. In Plesk Reconfigurator, click Correct disk permissions.

  4. Select C: drive (or the drive where MySQL databases are located) and click Set.

  5. Wait for the process to complete.

In case the Plesk Reconfigurator fails with the error below:

CONFIG_TEXT: La sintassi del nome del file, della directory o del volume non è corretta. (Error code 123) at GetLongPathName('C:\Inetpub\vhosts\*')
  at (VFileName::longFileName line 310)
  at (psaobsolete::DiskSecurityImpl::CheckDiskSecurity line 118)

Manually set the missed permissions for PleskSqlServer user  to the C:\ drive
