Symptoms

Plesk interface is not accessible with the following error message in a web-browser:

Server Error
500 Zend_Db_Table_Row_Exception
Specified column "updateTime" is not in the row
Type Zend_Db_Table_Row_Exception
Message Specified column "updateTime" is not in the row

Line 197
Domain cannot be added with the same error.

Cause

Plesk database inconsistency.

Resolution

Connect to the Plesk server via SSH/RDP.
Create a backup for psa database.
Repair the Plesk database:

# plesk repair db -y
Check the Plesk interface.

If it is not accessible after repairing the database, run the command:

# plesk repair installation
