Plesk repair utility or Diagnostic & Repair error: autoinstaller is busy

Symptoms

The Plesk Repair utility in the command-line or Tools & Settings > Diagnostic & Repair returns an error

PLESK_ERROR: ERROR:Unable to retrieve repository configuration from autoinstaller: autoinstaller is busy

Cause

Autoinstaller or repair utility is already running.

Resolution

Wait a few minutes and try again.

Alternatively, you can manually stop the autoinstaller process with this command:

# plesk installer stop
