How to enable automatic configuration for mail when the following message is shown in Domains > example.com > Mail Accounts > Configure Mail Clients page:
CONFIG_TEXT: Automatic configuration is not available on this server.
- How to enable QR code option in Domains > example.com > Mail Accounts > Configure Mail Clients page?

Note: The issue that option Enable mail autodiscover remains present in Plesk > Domains > example.com > Mail Settings for domains without hosting type Website hosting is designated as a bug #PPPM-12560, which is scheduled to be fixed in an upcoming Plesk release.
A domain in Plesk must meet the following conditions in order to have the automatic mail setup options visible:
- Mail Autodiscover is enabled in Tool & Settings > Mail Server Settings and in Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings
- Hosting type is set to Website Hosting
The differences between the setup options are the following:
- Outlook, Gmail, or Thunderbird shows information for Mail Autodiscover setup by specifying mailbox name
- iOS Mail shows a QR code and a link for Mail Autodiscover setup
- Manual setup shows information to manually set up a mailbox in a mail client
