Symptoms
- Service provider view is unavailable at Tools & Settings > Interface Management .
- Web Admin Edition license is installed.
Cause
Web Admin Edition license does not provide Service Provider view.
Resolution
- Upgrade Plesk license to Web Pro or Web Host Edition:
- Log in to Plesk as admin
- Open Tools & Settings > License Management and click Retrieve Keys button.

I am a Plesk Partner with physical servers and am doing hardware upgrades, and I find that a fresh install limits my Service Provider view. What resolution is there for this?
@Nicky, if Plesk license is already Web Pro or Web Host, then Power User mode can be turned on. To turn it off: Tools & Settings → Interface Management → Switch to Service Provider View. If this doesn't help, please create a request to Plesk technical support.
