How is log rotation for domains meant to work on a Plesk server?
Answer
The ExecuteStatistics task that triggers the rotation of logs on your server is started by the Daily Maintenance script, which runs on your server once per day by design.
If you see some logs with exceeded size limit while the Log rotation condition at Domains > example.com > Websites & Domains > Logs > Manage Log Files > Log Rotation is By size, this is expected, because that means the logs have grown too big before the ExecuteStatistics task was able to run and rotate them.
