Plesk Subscription has a red question mark but no resources or limits are exceeded

Symptoms

  • Some subscriptions are marked with a red question mark even though no resources have been exceeded

  • Syncing subscriptions with their service plan fails:

    Unable to sync subscriptions with the service plan.

Cause

The Daily Maintenance task hasn't run yet, so the subscription resource usage hasn't been updated.

Resolution

Manually run Daily Maintenance to update the resource usage right away, or wait for it to run on its own.

Check the database for inconsistencies if the problem continues after running maintenance:

# plesk repair db -n
