How to change the owner (Subscriber) for the Subscription in Plesk?

Question

  • How to change the owner for the subscription in Plesk?
  • How to move subscriptions between customers?
  • How to move subscriptions between resellers?

Answer

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Change Subscriber

As an alternative, or if it is required to change a subscriber for multiple subscriptions:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Subscriptions and select one/several subscriptions.
  3. Click Change Subscriber button.

For example, Resellers are marked as a "human" sign in the list:

    Okay I think I got the subscriber change down I'm still waiting on the migration though there's two domains that are having a problem I don't know why the one Hunters layer the database is not going and then the other one is a pretty large busy database so that has can take a while but I need to figure out why that one domain failed
