"Permission denied" is randomly shown when using Plesk in several browser tabs

Symptom

When Plesk UI is opened in different browser tabs, actions that are done for one domain result in a page redirect to another domain and the error:

PLESK_ERROR: Error: Permission denied

Cause

Plesk does not support multi-tab browsing.

Resolution

Use a single tab when browsing domains.

    It would improve administrator's workflows by allowing multi-tab browsing. May use cases for viewing multiple sites at the same time.

    are you guys serious here?? I mean, who is not using multi tabs these days, it is like suggesting to use a dedicated clean browser just for Plesk. 

    Surely there is a technical explanation for this error, right? what is triggering it, and why is it not happening for all servers (in my case one is showing this).
