Subscription became suspended automatically on Plesk server

Symptoms

  • Every day subscription becomes suspended automatically.
  • Website is not accessible with "503 Service Temporary Unavailable" or "The service is unavailable" error.

Cause

The subscription suspended according to the settings, like expiration date or resource limits.

Resolution

Click on a section to expand

Increase resource limits

  1. Log into Plesk;

  2. Find out what limits where exceeded;

  3. Increase such limits.

Increase expiration date
  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Activate subscription under Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > Activate.
