How to set Hard Quota on disk space for subscription(s) in Plesk?

Question

It is required to enable, or update a quota limit for subscription(s) in Plesk.

How can it be done?

Answer

  • For one subscription:

    1. Log into Plesk.

    2. Navigate to Subscriptions > example.com > Hosting & DNS tab > Hosting.

    3. Set a non-unlimited value to the Disk space quota option and click on Apply:

    Note: If the quota is modified under the reseller account, make sure that the permission Resellers > <reseller_name> > Resources > Customize > Hard disk quota assignment is granted.

  • For multiple subscriptions:

    1. Log into Plesk.

    2. Navigate to Service Plans > <Service Plan With Hard Quota>.

    3. Disable Hard disk quota assignment in Permissions > Show more available permissions.

    4. Set a non-unlimited value in Hosting Parameters > Hard disk quota:

    5. Click on Update & Sync button.

Additional Information

Unable to setup the Hard Disk quota for a domain: field is greyed-out and you cannot edit it
