Question

How to let Plesk customers manage mail only?

Answer

  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Users > Create User Account.
  3. Fill fields as shown below and after press the OK button:

  4. Press on the created johndoe account and after press the [edit] button.

  5. Grant the permission Create and manage mail accounts and press OK button to apply the changes:

    some images does not show correctly.
