How to find the reason a subscription has been locked from syncing with its service plan?
Answer
Currently, the only way to check why a subscription has been locked is to manually check the difference:
- Log in to Plesk.
- Check the difference between subscription's service plan in Service Plans > plan_name and the subscription's settings in Subscriptions > example.com > Customize.

Not helpful at all : The Service Plan and our Domains lists the EXACT same components !
No reason why they are LOCKED just once created !
I checked all the values but cannot find any difference. So not helpful.
