How to assign an IP address to a reseller in Plesk?

Answer

Log into Plesk UI.
Go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses (in the Resources group).
Click the number link in the Resellers column of the desired IP address row:
Click the Assign button:
Select the required account and click OK.
