Unable to view more than 100 subscriptions/domains in Power User view in Plesk: The option to display all subscriptions is unavailable because the number of subscriptions on your account (101) is greater than 100

Symptoms

• Power User view is used either by Plesk admin, reseller or customer account.
• No domains are shown in the menu Websites & Domains.

• There is no drop-down menu in the option Webspace in the top-right corner, and the following message is shown when hovering on it:

  CONFIG_TEXT: The option to display all subscriptions is unavailable because the number of subscriptions on your account (101) is greater than 100.

• In the Service Provider view (in case of Plesk admin or reseller), all subscriptions are shown.

Cause

Hardcoded limit (100) for showing the subscriptions in Power User view is reached.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk.
2. Install the extension Panel.ini Editor (if it is not installed).
3. Go to Extensions > My Extensions > Panel.ini Editor > Open > Editor.

4. Set the desired limit for the number of the subscriptions shown in the Power User view by adding the following section:

   CONFIG_TEXT: [navigation]
   limits.subscriptions = 500
