To access and manage customers' databases, use database management tools:
To access MySQL databases on Linux and Windows servers, use phpMyAdmin.
The phpMyAdmin management tool can be installed via Plesk Installer and then accessed at Tools & Settings > Database Servers > .
To access the MSSQL databases on a Windows server, you need to use a client like HeidiSQL.

Download SQL HeidiSQL.
Once the download is complete, run the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. -
Connect to a SQL Server Instance:
2.1. Open HeidiSQL. You'll be prompted to create a session.
2.2. Select the Microsoft SQL Server (TCP/IP) network type.
2.3. Enter the server IP address, for instance,
10.69.43.151\MSSQLSERVER2017.2.4. Enter the login and password of a database user.
To access a customer's database, in Plesk go to Domains > example.com > Dashboard > Databases > click on "Web Admin" icon
