Question
Is it possible to use SSL on MySQL/MariaDB connections?
Cannot connect remote MySQL/MariaDB server to Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: SQLSTATE[HY000] [3159] Connections using insecure transport are prohibited while --require_secure_transport=ON.
Plesk panel gets broken - PPPM-15324:
PLESK_ERROR: The localhost is not compatible with enabling a secure connection.
Answer
