Symptoms

It is not possible to create an archive in File Manager:

PLESK_ERROR: Unable to create the archive: Access is denied

Cause

Incorrect permissions of the affected folder.

Resolution

Connect to the server via RDP
Open the Command Prompt by the Administrator
Execute the following command to fix the permissions:

C:\> plesk repair fs example.com -y
