WordPress instance can not be removed via Plesk applications catalog

Symptoms

• WordPress instance can not be removed in Plesk at Domains > example.com > Applications. It just returns {"status":"success"}.

Cause

This is Plesk bug with ID EXTWPTOOLK-3043, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.

Resolution

As a workaround:

1. Log into Plesk.

2. Disable WP Toolkit extension in Extensions > My Extensions tab > WP Toolkit > More > Disable.

3. Remove the Wordpress instance in Domains > example.com > Applications.

4. Re-enable WP Toolkit extension again in Extensions > My Extensions tab > WP Toolkit > More > Enable.
