MariaDB upgrade option is missing under Tools & Settings > Database Servers
On a Plesk server with WP Toolkit, an unwanted prefix is added to the name of a cloned database

Symptoms

Creating a domain or subdomain fails with the error:

PLESK_ERROR: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520)

Running plesk repair web -sslcerts does not solve the issue.

Cause

Inconsistency in the 'sessions' table from the Plesk database.

Resolution

Login server via RDP
In the command prompt line execute the following command to repair the table:

C:\> plesk repair db
