How to change default Plesk favicon?

Answer

  1. Log in to Plesk
  2. Go to Tools & Settings > Branding and mark Enable custom favicon checkbox:

  3. Click Choose file... to upload favicon in the SVG and ICO formats

    Note: It is required to upload favicon in both formats to have maximum compatibility with web browsers

  4. Click OK to apply changes

How to upload favicon via CLI
  1. Connect to the server via SSH / RDP
  2. Upload SVG and ICO favicon images to the following paths:
    Linux:

    /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/images/logos/favicon.custom.svg

    /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/images/logos/favicon.custom.ico

    Windows:

    %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\images\logos\favicon.custom.svg

    %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\images\logos\favicon.custom.ico

    Note: %plesk_dir% - path to Plesk installation directory, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk
