Question
Is it possible to find out historical information for the CPU whether customers have exceeded this limit? Log files that give us an indication of which subscriptions have reached the MAXIMUM CPU utilization - measured by the metrics that were set to the maximum in cGroups.
Answer
This feature is yet to be implemented in Plesk. Please take a part in product improvement and share your thoughts with development team by the link https://features.plesk.com/tabs/28-planned-roadmap
For the time being you can monitor the historical information of CPU use by subscription.
Comments
This article explains that Plesk doesn’t provide historical CPU usage data for customer limits—only current usage is visible. To track whether limits were exceeded in the past, external monitoring or logging tools must be used, since Plesk itself doesn’t retain that history.

This functionality has not yet been implemented. If you would like to see it added in a future release, you can submit your feedback and vote for the feature on the Plesk Features & Roadmap page: MyCCPay
As a workaround, you can monitor historical CPU usage for each subscription using your existing monitoring tools. However, Plesk does not currently maintain historical records indicating when a subscription reached or exceeded its configured cGroups CPU limit.
