Question
Is it possible to monitor Historical CPU and Memory usage per domain/subscription basis?
Answer
It is possible to use Cgroups with the Plesk 360 Built-in version of the Monitor given that you are on a Supported Operating System.
Note: Cgroups is not supported in Windows. Linux Only.
1. Install CGroups component in Plesk.
2. Follow these instructions for Setting up the Built-in Monitoring.
Note: If 360 Monitoring is already set up you can switch to Build-in via the 3 dots to the right. You can also switch back to 360 monitoring by clicking the Settings drop down and Selecting Try 360 Monitoring. But you can only review Cgroups usage with the Built-in Monitor.
2. Install Grafana if asked
3. Go to Settings > Subscription Monitoring
4. Enable Resource Controller (Cgroups) and configure the other two options based on need, which allows customers to see their subscriptions' resource consumption graph and to enable Comparison of Subscriptions usage within the Graphs and hit OK.
5. Go to Subscriptions tab to review Each Subscriptions usage based on color-coding per domain within the graphs.
Drop down Last 1 day to edit the timeframe of the graphs.
