Symptoms

Cannot change the ASP.NET version for the domain in Plesk: Plesk shows domains instead of the page with version switcher
The following error can be found in php_error.log:

All needed components are installed according to this KB article.

Cause

The newly installed ASP.NET component was not registered in Plesk properly.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components.

3. Press "Refresh" button.
