How to upload a .pem SSL certificate file to a domain on Plesk?

• How to upload a .pem SSL certificate file into a domain on Plesk?
• How can I upload certificate files downloaded from one Plesk server into a domain on a different Plesk server?

Answer

Note: A single .pem file downloaded via Plesk contains the certificate signing request (CSR) key, the Private Key and the full certificate chain

1. Log into Plesk
2. Go to Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS certificates
3. Scroll down and press on the Upload .pem file button

Once the expected .pem file containing all certificate components is uploaded, the certificate will be installed automatically on the selected Plesk domain.
