Cannot install an SSL certificate in Plesk: Unable to find row with id 0 in certificates table

Symptoms

An SSL certificate cannot be installed (for example while trying to install it via the article) with the next error:

Unable to find row with id 0 in certificates table.

Cause

Incorrect format of a CA certificate.

Resolution

• Check if '*-ca.crt' part specified correctly and try installing the certificate without '*-ca.crt' part.

OR

• Download the CA certificate in .crt format and install it.
