Symptoms

It is not possible to create a mailbox in Plesk attached to SmarterMail:

Error: Unable update mailbox: Mailbox is not supported

Cause

Plesk psa.ServiceNodeEnvironment database inconsistency.

Resolution

Log into Plesk
Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components
Click Refresh button.
