Spam Filter button is missing under Tools & Settings in Plesk

Symptoms

• Spam Filter button is missing under Tools & Settings in Plesk
• The Plesk Email Security extension is installed in Plesk
• The SpamAssassin component is installed and running in Plesk

Cause

Once the Plesk Email Security extension is installed in Plesk, the Spam Filter button under Tools & Settings is replaced by the Plesk Email Security button and is therefore not visible.

Resolution

This is expected behavior. To manage SpamAssassin settings navigate to Tools & Settings > Plesk Email Security > Server Settings instead.
