How to disable or enable the local/remote backup storage for reseller/customer (Amazon S3, Google Drive, DropBox, DigitalOcean Spaces, Microsoft OneDrive) ?

Answer

Backup manager features can be enabled/disabled under the permissions tab of the corresponding service plan as follows:

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Service plans > Service plan name > Permissions tab.

3. Unmark or mark the options below to based on which storage it is required to be disabled:
   

4. Click OK to save the changes

Note: It is also possible to manage these permissions using Add-on plans.
