How to whitelist a domain in a Plesk server antispam settings?

Answer

Solution 1

  1. Log in to Plesk

  2. Install SpamAssassin

  3. Activate it server-wide

  4. Go to Tools & Settings > Spam Filter > White List and add the required domain.

Solution 2

  1. Log in to Plesk

  2. Install SpamAssassin

  3. Go to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > <email_address> > Spam Filter > Show Advanced Settings

  4. Add required domain IP address in Trusted Networks section.
