How to reinstall MailEnable?

Answer

Note: Before starting, we suggest creating a snapshot of your virtual machine or a server-level backup.

1. Connect to your Plesk server via RDP.

2. For safety reasons, create a copy of the Postoffices folder (by default, it is located in  C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\).

3. Download MailEnable package:

   3.1. Open Plesk for Windows repository.

   3.2. Open the directory PLESK_WIN_XX_X_XX where XX_X_XX is the latest available Plesk version.

   3.3. Open dist-windows/ directory.

   3.4. Click on mailenable.exe to start the download.

4. Once the file is downloaded, launch mailenable.exe and proceed with the installation.

   Note: During the installation, use the same path for mailboxes and configuration files that were used by previous MailEnable installation.
