Remote storage backups created in  Tools & Settings > Backup manager are not available in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup manager 

Symptoms

Plesk backups made to Remote storage in Tools & Settings > Backup manager are not available in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup manager

Cause

This is expected behavior.

By design, remote backups are being stored differently than local backups as a single archive with all files inside, hence it is available only to the creator for security reasons.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk

2. Configure remote storage specifically for the subscription or Reseller in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup manager > Remote Storage.
