Symptoms
- When trying to change domain mail settings, select webmail, the following errors occur:
PLESK_ERROR: Operation failed
The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters.
You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible.

Cause
Postoffice in MailEnable is corrupted/missing.
Resolution
- Connect to the server via RDP;
Note: if direct RDP access to the server is not possible, contact server administrator for further assistance.
- Open MailEnable Administrator ( Start > All Programs > Mail Enable > MailEnable Administrator ).
- Go to Messaging manager > Post Offices
- Create PostOffice

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following command:
For one domain:
C:\> plesk repair mail example.com
For all domains:
C:\> plesk repair mail

Re-run failed operations.
