How to log into webmail in Plesk?

Note: in case the password from the mailbox is unknown, contact your Hosting Provider. 

To access webmail of the example.com domain paste the link below into the browser address bar:

CONFIG_TEXT: https://webmail.example.com

Via Plesk GUI

• For Plesk Web Pro and Web Host editions

  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Go to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses.
  3. Press the highlighted button as shown on the screenshot below in front of the required mailbox:
     

• For Plesk Web Admin edition
  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Go to Website & Domains > example.com > Email Addresses.
  3. Press the highlighted button as shown on the screenshot below in front of the required mailbox:
